It was such joy to help this young woman, who had no idea what looked good on her (she lived in oversized shirts and comfy pants) find gorgeous items that complimented her body shape and boosted her confidence. ✨

In a 2 hour shopping spree, we purchased 8 items from 5 different shops including all the items on her wish list! Her mum, who bought her the styling package as a gift, was thrilled with the result! 🌸

Reese stepped out in her new denim skirt, tailored lemon linen blouse with gold accents, and gold hoop earrings to the pub that evening for dinner with her partner and felt amazing. She had never worn a skirt and a fitted top before and looked gorgeous! 💖

When I first started shopping with this beautiful lady for her Mother of the Groom outfit, the first thing she said was, “I don’t want to stand out. I don’t want to draw attention to myself, but I trust you”.

So, we whizzed through the women’s section at Myer and I collected ten dresses. She tried on a couple of understated options first. She looked lovely, but we hadn’t found ‘the one’.

I encouraged her to slip on a simple sparkly dress. Turning to the mirror, I could see a hint of a smile that read … “maybe?!”

As she tried on more dresses, each bolder and sparklier than the last, something changed. Her eyes lit up. Her smiled brightened. She even twirled, watching the sequins catch the light. Suddenly she didn’t want to just blend in.

In the end, she chose one of the bolder, shimmering dresses — and she looked divine. She thanked me for showing her styles she never would’ve picked herself.

This morning, I woke up to her beautiful message after the wedding, confirming exactly what I believe:
