Today is National Celebrants day, shout out to all the celebrants out there.

I was having a Spring clean of my office on Monday and came across my Certificate of qualifications to perform and register marriages in Australia, dated the 20th of November 2007-17 years ago!

That was before National Celebrants day was even a thing.

Thank you Dan O’Day for taking this image and taking me under your wing when I was starting out. That goes for Emily Hannah from Esh too. Thanks for believing in me X

And thank you to all the couples who trusted me with their Big Days. It has been a privilege and Real Love in all its forms never gets old.

Oh to be 35 again, or at least look it.

Ange & George had a big wedding in Croatia…but…there was someone very special missing, Ange’s mum.

They also needed to make it legal in Australia, so we did!

It also meant that their beloved Rosie could come and oh my what a sweetie she is, and she LOVES the camera.

A beautiful morning celebration with champers, followed by lunch with the family at Ostani, then onto Hopscotch in Braddon to meet 30 friends and celebrate into the night.

Congrats George & Ange, thanks for sharing a brief but wonderful moment in time with me XO

This ceremony is perfect for people who want something simple but with a little extra. Usually up to 20 guests in your backyard, around the lake, up on Dairy Farmers Hill at Sunset, or at one of our great parks here in Canberra.

INCLUSIONS:

❤️One pre-wedding meeting to complete the legally required paperwork and plan your ceremony. This meeting can take place virtually with all the legal requirements fulfilled.
❤️Another meeting just prior to your ceremony to have a little walk through and visualise your ceremony-usually at ceremony location when possible.
❤️A simple questionnaire that allows me to capture the essence of “you two”, I will then create a simple ceremony that can be personalised in a few important ways, such as your vows, ring exchange and a reading from family or friends.
❤️Printing of your personalised vows as a keepsake.
❤️A speaker to play your tunes- you send through the Spotify Playlist, and I will handle the tunes.
❤️Travel within 30km of the ACT.
❤️A signing table and two chairs if needed.
❤️Up to 12 Champaign flutes- real glass an all-ice bucket and serving platter set. ❤️You bring the refreshments, canapés and cheese.

This ceremony is perfect for people who want something simple to become officially married. They may have had a religious ceremony overseas, or they would like a friend or family member to officiate their ceremony, or just no fluff kind of people.

Not available on Friday or Saturdays from September through to April

INCLUSIONS:

One pre-wedding meeting to complete the legally required paperwork and plan your ceremony. This meeting can take place digitally with all the legal requirements fulfilled.

The bare minimum ceremony – you, me, two witnesses, 124 legally- required words, some paperwork. This can take place at your home, my office during business hours, a café, restaurant, or park.

Digitally printed Commemorative Certificate to take home on your Wedding Day.

Supply, completion and lodgement of all legally required paperwork.
