The face behind the turntables and Beachbar Swing, Cody is a former radio and club DJ from the NSW Far South Coast who has taken a more laidback approach to his sets these days, bringing a rich blend of sounds from around the globe for audiences to enjoy while taking it easy. Drawing on influences and styles such as the downtempo chic of European cafes, lounges and bars, infectious Latin grooves from South America, dreamy sun-drenched Balearic electronica from Ibiza, uplifting Middle Eastern rhythms and chilled out Reggae fusion from Caribbean shores, Beachbar Swing is a moving yet mellow-vibed experience that combines DJ mixing techniques with live drumming, loops and sampling, creating a unique atmosphere to relax and unwind to. www.beachbardj.com
