Did you know dahlias grown from seed will all be different from their parent plants?

I’ve been busy collecting seed to increase our seedling patch for next season. Hoping to grow it to a few hundred plants! 🙊

I’m looking forward to growing these seeds from some amazing growers and breeders.

You can now explore our website, browse our dahlia collection, read about the farm, and most importantly — sign up to our mailing list 💌

Subscribers will be the first to know when our 2025 dahlia tuber sale goes live this spring, along with seasonal updates and farm news.

We’re still in the process of digging and dividing, so you’ll see new cultivars added over the coming weeks. Not all dahlias will be available this year, and some may be marked N/A closer to the sale once final numbers are confirmed 🌱

Happy Winter Solstice ❄️

The shortest day of the year means we’re officially on our way back to longer days and dahlia season ☺️ Not me counting down the days 😅

Now that dahlia season has come to a close, I thought it was the perfect time to say hello and introduce ourselves!

I’m Elissa, the hands behind Reverie Flowers. We grow seasonal flowers on our cropping and livestock farm just outside of Eudunda, SA. It’s a dry but beautiful part of the world, and I feel incredibly lucky to grow flowers here — even in the dust.

My husband, Shane, is the quiet force behind the scenes — building garden beds, setting up irrigation, fertilising, and helping make the impossible happen. We have two little ones, Sam and Zoe, who keep us very busy when we’re not in the garden. If I’m out doing deliveries, chances are one (or both) of the kids are with me. 🥰

I’ve always loved flowers. I dreamed of being a florist as a child, and now I get to grow flowers and share them with you — a dream come true.

We’re excited to be expanding next season — more varieties, more rows, and more ways to share our flowers. And (unfortunately for Shane 😅), we’ve got plenty of space… so the plans just keep growing.

The drought has been hard, but the flowers have been a light in the dust. They’ve brought colour and purpose in the toughest of seasons, and I’m so grateful for the joy they bring — not just to us, but to all of you who support our flower farm. 🤍

Our dahlia season is officially finished for 2025!

A heartfelt thank you to all our lovely customers who supported us this year — whether you picked up a bunch from our farm stand or from the wonderful team at Freeling Coffee Co.

We’re so grateful to Chloe & Ann for having our flowers in store at , and to all the amazing florists who featured our dahlias throughout the season. Thank you for supporting local! 🤍

We’re also incredibly thankful to — it was such a joy to have our dahlias there this season. We can’t wait to bring you a lot more next year!

We’re already dreaming (and planning!) BIG for 2026 — think thousands of dahlia plants, a brand new pick-your-own experience, and… a whole new location!
Our patch is moving down the road to the beautiful Kapunda area, and we can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.

Now it’s time for a quieter season with the flowers (well… kind of — it’s seeding time for us farmers! 😅🌾🚜), before we gear up for ranunculus and other spring blooms, and get stuck into digging, dividing, and prepping our dahlias for the 2025 tuber sale.

Fingers and toes crossed our beautiful state sees some rain soon.

Florelie Antique - a beautiful blush dahlia that’s been a real favourite in the patch this season.
While it hasn’t been the most productive for us this year, it makes up for it with excellent stem length and great vase life - holding its shape beautifully.
