The next South Side Death Cafe is set for Wednesday 27th May (5:30 - 7:30pm) at St Kilda Library.
Come for the death talk, stay for the snacks.

This is an inclusive, open conversation about death, dying and end-of-life but is not a bereavement or counselling session.

Facilitated by Funeral Celebrant Klara McMurray (aka The Funky Celebrant), there are lots of giggles, deep chats and conversations that have been known to change lives.

After all, talking about it won’t kill you!

The sun is shining and death positivity is in the air!

Although the table was bursting at the seams with 16 attendees, the conversion flowed easily, with everyone giving space and time for others to speak.

I watched this brilliant doco last night about psychedelic journeys that people on the verge of dying have taken in order to understand what's next.

All participants came out calmer and almost excited thinking about the next stage.
