Violating them.
Sharing it. Learning it. Normalising it.

And the silence from other men is deafening.

It’s time for men to look in the mirror.

It’s time for men to grow the f**k up.

This isn’t masculinity.
This is distortion. This is cowardice. This is violence.

Where are the warriors?

Because real men don’t turn away from this.
Real men don’t stay quiet.
Real men don’t protect other men’s dysfunction.

Women are the givers of life.
Every single one of us came from a woman.

From a womb.
From a mother.

And the fact that we have ever allowed a culture that disrespects, violates, and degrades women to exist…

Is unthinkable.

This ends with us.

No more excuses.
No more silence.
No more pretending this isn’t our responsibility.

If you’re a man reading this…

You don’t get to sit on the sidelines anymore.

Call it out.
Shut it down.
Be the one who stands up in the room.

Because being a man is not what you say.

It’s what you allow.

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with my friends and my spouse about why I lean in so heavily and why I care this deeply.

And the truth is, for me, there’s never really been another option.

I wrote this for the people looking from the outside in, where it can feel like too much, too intense, too involved.

And if you’re reading this from the inside with me, I see you. I know how hard it can be to find the words for why you feel so compelled, or to explain the disconnect between you and the people who aren’t as involved.
