Okay! I've realised that I don't really talk about anything else other than cakes 😂

Jumping on the me bandwagon.

1/ I am 35 years old ( Virgo)

2/ Born in Paris, France. Moved to Australia at the age of 20, just me and my 6 suitcases ✈️ 🧳

3/ Wife, blessed Mum of two boys, sister, aunty but foremost a Daughter of the Highest King ✝︎

4/ I have 3 cats - love being a Meowmy!

5/ I speak fluently French, English & Vietnamese and once upon a time, I was also also fluent in Spanish & Russian - however have lost most of it due to not practising.

6/ I come from a background of Business Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Event Styling. So, yes - I am totally self taught in the field of wholesome dessert art!

7/ I am currently studying full time - functional/integrative Nutrition. Only 2 years to go 🤪

8/ I wholeheartedly believe that diet is not one size fits all. I tend not to label food as healthy/unhealthy but try to use the word " nourishing" instead.

9/ Wanna catch my attention?! Coffee, desserts and cocktails - you've got me 😍 🍰🍹☕️

10/ When in doubt...my mojo in life is always : simplicity is the ultimate sophistication!

11/ The colour purple, porridge, Chai and Choc mint absolutely make me cringe - sorry 😂

12/ I have a very rare neurological disorder that affects the 9th cranial nerve : Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia. If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know or guess ( silent condition). To this day, I manage it medication and surgery free but may reconsider it one day.
