Bell Bird Blues cakes came about from a bird called Marty - affectionately loved by my husband and I - who happens to be blue and very cheeky, so cheeky he sometimes gives us the blues. I am hoping one day to create my own business in the form of a gastro cafe. I am so determined to do this, its crazy, but I've never wanted anything like this before. I'm going to make this happen...

1 year ago all I had was an idea. 6 months ago I came up with a concept. Now, I have a business plan and set up. Next step.. Sell to the pubic. All I am asking for is to get more experience and be the best at what I want to make. Delicious cakes, beautiful desserts, and amazing healthy food. Who knows, maybe one day you can come visit my shop, become a regular & I'll know your order off by heart.

Another satisfied customer! Had the pleasure of making this cake for a very handsome young man. It's his favourite character from his favourite tv show Lotti Dotti. Inside was white chocolate mudcake with raspberries and I was told the birthday boy had a very blue tongue afterwards 🤣.
