Life as a breakfast chef in Byron Bay 👩🏼🍳 a few dishes I’ve been cooking up recently
1. Benny Bacon - poached eggs, bacon and dressed spinach on sourdough with our house made cashew hollandaise, ABC dressing, micro herbs and alfalfa garnish
2. Avo Sourdough - avocado, house made relish, macadamia nut feta whip, ABC dressing and spiced seed mix on sourdough with lemon wedge. Add either fried or poached egg
3. House pancakes - fluffy gluten free pancakes with vanilla bean ice cream, homemade honeycomb, strawberries and maple syrup
4. Nasi Goreng - fried rice with veg, simple side salad, house made Sambal, prawn crackers and chicken skewers. Not photographed but served with fried egg, crispy shallots and spring onions
5. Gado Gado - house made spicy peanut satay served with pickled veg, bean sprouts, slaw, poached egg, cassava cracker, fried tofu, salad veg and crispy shallots
