In a world that constantly shifts — conversations, emotions, expectations, and even global events — how do we stay grounded?
This experiential workshop invites you to explore what really throws you off balance… and what it means to return to centre.
Through guided reflection, simple meditation, and a hands-on balancing activity, you’ll begin to notice:
🌟What pulls you into stress, pressure, or other people’s energy
🌟The patterns that keep repeating
🌟How you respond when things don’t go to plan
🌟What “stability” actually feels like in your body
We’ll also gently explore how the outside world — including media and “unprecedented times” — can influence your internal state, and how to come back to yourself when you feel caught up in it.
This is not about being perfectly calm.
It’s about awareness, choice, and learning how to reset.

About the facilitator
Seka is a trained and registered counsellor with over 20 years of experience in education and community services. Seka is a meditator and has run many courses and retreats through the Brahma Kumaris since 2005. She has spent nearly two decades facilitating workshops and retreats, creating grounded, engaging spaces for personal growth and connection. Drawing on modalities such as ecstatic dance, drum therapy, and other experiential practices, Seka supports individuals and groups to explore self-expression, build resilience, and foster a sense of community.
Costs
The Brahma Kumaris do not charge for their events and courses. Courses and workshops are run free of charge, however, direct contributions to Windsor Boutique Wellness are encouraged to help the venue cover their costs in running community programs such as this one.
