Event Planning/Management Services
We have a range of packages to suit every budget, from brainstorming to help get you going, to full service planning and management and everything in between. Prices are a guideline but always happy to look at a more tailored quote. FULL SERVICE (at a venue):
We have your back! From the first consultation with you we will develop a start to finish plan nad timeline, liaising with any suppliers and vendors, ensuring best prices for anything outsourced and creating any signature pieces while keeping you updated and at ease. Our coordinator will be there the day of to oversee setup and finishing touches right up until just before the event begins.

FULL SERVICE (at your home)
This package offers all of the support listed above but will also organise coming to your home, drawing up layouts for your approval, risk assessments and help with any concerns you may have around your home.

ON THE DAY COORDINATOR:
You are the master, you've handled all the organising and planning leading up to your event yourself, but you would love to relax and enjoy it with everyone else. We are happy to run through things with you on the event and be point of contact on the day to ensure smooth sailing for the duration of the event.
**This package has a minimum call out time of 2 hours.

KICK START:
You are having a party, now what? Is your house big enough for what you are hoping for? Do you look at venues? What questions should you be asking any vendors? Will the theme you want flow overall? This package offers a one time in your home consultation where we can brainstorm together, offer some tips, highlight any factors to consider and help you draw up a layout so you can feel confident with a set plan to handle the process yourself.

BY THE HOUR (just classier):
If you are content to handle majority of the planning stages yourself but there is just that one part that is causing headaches, we are happy to jump in and finalise that specific part so you can focus on other things.
