ops, but not charging those major event prices. These garlands are such a fun addition to birthday's, hen's, baby shower's and engagement parties. Why not just do it myself? I am here for people who lack the desire, time, energy, and/or knowledge but want a statement Balloon Garland nonetheless! What do I get out of the package? Experience: I'll order the right balloons, ask the right questions to ensure the garland survives the day, have the right equipment on hand for strapping and anchoring, provide delivery, balloon inflation and garland assembly. For a small fee you can also hire our frame or easel to compliment
