We're hiring a Back of House Manager. 🔥
Full time, permanent, Tuesday to Saturday, based at our Arana Hills restaurant.
You'd be running our kitchen. Dough, prep, the grill, and leading a young BOH crew who are genuinely good fun to work with.
We make everything from scratch. 48 hour fermented dough, Caputo flour, cooked over spotted gum. Our own gluten-free dough too.
Kitchen experience essential. Management experience great, but if you've led a section and want to step up properly, we'd love to hear from you. We'd rather grow the right person than hire the wrong one.
You'd work directly with us, the owners. Small business, no layers, your ideas actually land.

🧽 Dishwasher: wanted, someone dishy (Arana Hills only)
Evening shifts, Tuesday to Saturday. Perfect if you're at school or uni.
No experience needed for dishy or dough stretcher. We train everyone properly, and you'll learn every station, not just the one you started on.
What we care about: you turn up, you're keen, and you're good with people. The rest we can teach.
