All desserts were Sugar, Grain, Gluten and Dairy Free and used only the best organic ingredients. Eating healthy is no longer boring! Healthy food can still look and taste amazing... x
Really excited to be able to share the first part of our Wanderlust Styled Shoot, which features a Healthy/Clean Dessert Table. This shoot was featured in the Confetti Fair Kids Annual Magazine in stores now. We wanted to show how leading a healthy, organic and sustainable lifestyle can be incorporated into all important milestones, and how food that is good for you can also look and taste amazing. Often when people choose to follow a clean eating lifestyle or have food intolerances, they miss out or have to eat something they otherwise wouldn't. All of the desserts featured in the shoot were sugar, dairy, gluten and grain free, and incorporated healthy fruit & vegetables that the kids didn't even notice! Every ingredient was organic and locally sourced where possible. Many parents are conscious about what their children are eating, and there are many hidden sugars and chemicals in the processed foods often found at parties. While many live by the mantra of everything in moderation, at Once Upon A Table we want to be able to offer truly healthy alternatives that still look beautiful and that kids will want to eat. While the shoot was Paleo-friendly, we can create tables to suit all healthy food lifestyles! Instead of Lolly Bags, we created Favour Buckets with Confetti Flower Bombs, Chemical-free Playdough, Crayon Rocks and so on. The pinata was also filled with Confetti Flower Bombs (Paper with Flower Seeds).
