✨ Event Highlight: Ausure 2025 ✨
Last weekend we had the absolute pleasure of serving at the annual Ausure Camping event—a gathering where industry connections are made and good times are shared.
Across two incredible days, The Chevy Bar brought the full experience:
🍸 Bespoke cocktails crafted on the spot
🥃 A complete bar service (including amazing wines from )
🍺 Icy cold lager on tap from our friends Creek Brewing Ipswich
We had an absolute ball keeping glasses full and conversations flowing. Events like this remind us why we love what we do—bringing atmosphere, hospitality, and a touch of style wherever we roll in.

What an incredible last wedding for us in Gayndah last night. As today we're handing over the business to new owners.
What is it with country weddings and the warm hospitality? It felt like we weren't working, more like celebrating with great friends. Beau & Sarah, we loved meeting your friends and family and celebrating your very special day..
