This Friday she steps out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight at Toowoomba City Golf Club, bringing the songs she’s been humming between shifts and the stories she’s carried for years. Come early, stay late, and be part of the moment when the person who helps make our place feel like home takes the mic.

What a great day at Stony Creek Brewing Ipswich !

We dropped in for a visit and were blown away by the passion, craft, and spirit behind their brews. It’s always inspiring to connect with local makers who care as much about quality and experience as we do.

The Chevy Bar team is excited about the possibilities ahead and we’re looking forward to building a strong partnership with the crew at Stoney Creek Brewing. Plenty of good things brewing for 2026.
