Meanjin came hungry and ready to give. We had to pull back the live auction to save pieces for online 🙈

The incredible .kinksta25 saved our bacon. After already helping so much they donated more artwork and raised ~$1,150 for their own fundraiser 😍

If our midnight maths is right all four of us raised some $6,300.

That’s at least $3,150 going to worthy causes like , Project 491 & 🤩

We couldn’t have done it without auctioneer extraordinaire . Huge thanks to everyone who donated items and to Dan, David, Callum, Rhys, Riley, Samson, Tom and the whole crew for volunteering tonight 🥰

Our next jock is from :

It has been quite a road of self love and growth to get to where I am today, even only looking as far back as five years ago. Since working at one of our communities’ safe spaces, I have been privy to experiences and perspectives that I would have otherwise missed out on. I have also learned to accept more of myself and transfer this into enjoying more of my ‘adult’hood.

This jock is the oldest I own. It was one of the first pieces I bought when I first became intimate with men. I was quite a late bloomer and naive on what masculinity and intimacy meant to me, so my decision to buy this jock came from observing others and also fulfilling secret desires. The first time I put this jock on, I felt like I was giving myself permission to feel s*xy, to feel worthy of being attractive.

I am quite a vanilla person when it comes to kinks, but I am still learning and growing into what I enjoy in life. However, I feel this perfectly encapsulates why I chose to donate this jock. It is recognizing the old me, bidding them farewell, and looking back on how much has changed in me. If this jock can find a new purpose by helping others, I will gladly donate this piece.
