Congratulations to my brother Ben Gilhooly and his new wife Beth Gilhooly. This is their wedding cake, top and bottom layers are butter cake with honeycomb buttercream, middle layer is chocolate mud with honeycomb buttercream. My gorgeous nephews helped to decorate it, squishing blueberries and strawberries into it, after a little guidance they did a great job.

Baby shower cake for my sister in law Toni, it was a beautiful day. The belly is choc mud with choc ganache filling, and the bo***es are caramel mud with salted caramel ganache filling.

Happy birthday to me!
It was my birthday yesterday so I made myself my new fav cake, caramel mud cake filled with salted caramel, topped with caramel ganache. Mmmm this one is rich but oh so good! One of my latest creations.

Cup cakes and cake for Sepi's baby shower, cupcakes were vanilla topped with chocolate mousse. Cake was wire choc butter cake filled with chocolate ganache.
