We are so excited to share a very special evening coming to Bendooley Estate.

Coast to Highlands is an intimate evening devoted to two of the great pleasures of the table. Freshly shucked oysters and exceptional cool climate Riesling, brought together by the people who grow them, make them and know them best.

The evening begins with a glass of Bendooley sparkling and a generous grazing table abundant with artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads and carefully selected accompaniments. From there, Signature Oysters will be shucking pristine oysters, sharing stories from the water and the craft behind growing them. Alongside them, our award winning w**emaker Jonathan Holgate will open a special selection of Reserve Rieslings and guide guests through each w**e, exploring vintage, place and the remarkable relationship between Riesling and oysters.

This is more than a tasting. It is an evening around the table with the oyster farmer and the w**emaker, sharing exceptional produce, beautiful w**e and the stories behind both.

Supplier Spotlight: Thomas Stewart Photography

Some photographers direct the day. Thomas Stewart disappears into it.

Based right here in Bowral and one of our most trusted and long standing photographers at Bendooley, Thomas works in a purely documentary style. No posing, no interruptions, no manufactured moments. He arrives, makes friends with everyone in the room and spends the day exactly as a great wedding guest would, except he happened to bring his camera.

The result is a collection of photographs that feel completely natural because they are. Previews that arrive the next morning and make you wonder how he managed to be everywhere at once without you ever noticing.

What he loves about Bendooley weddings is simple. The flow, the grounds, the food and the couples who genuinely enjoy every moment of their day. That kind of joy, he says, makes his job easy. We think it makes his photographs something worth treasuring.

Supplier Spotlight: Nyssa & Alex

Some performances stay with you long after the day is over. Nyssa and Alex have a way of creating exactly that.

A brother and sister acoustic duo with over ten years of experience performing at weddings and events across NSW, they combine vocals, acoustic guitar and live cello to create something warm, elegant and entirely tailored to each couple they work with. Their repertoire moves beautifully between acoustic pop, romantic classics, modern songs and French music, always shaped by the atmosphere and the people in the room.

What makes them truly special is the personal touch they bring to every performance. Creating a bespoke acoustic arrangement of a couple's favourite song for the bridal entrance or first dance is something they approach with genuine love and craft, and the result is always a moment that nobody in the room forgets.

Raised right here in the Southern Highlands and now based in Sydney, Nyssa and Alex are a familiar and deeply loved presence at Bendooley weddings. Their performances have reached over two million people online, and every one of our couples who has had them on their day has felt just as lucky.
