Spiced Orange Chocolate Mousse and Lime Coconut Cheese Cake with a Mango Coulis. Both were winners!

We have a big weekend coming up. Slow cooked chicken with potato and Italian herbs. The potatoes are a meal on their own.

Our community Hub is on tomorrow. If you're in Bemboka or passing through, drop in. There's food, craft, children's activities, trash and treasure, produce and seed share, presentations and The Community Shed BBQ. Something for everyone!

Food Matters will be having a 'treasure' table selling some sauces, jams and pickles. See you there!

We have been asked if we would consider Paella (pay-ey-yah) as a menu option. It's delicious and very quick to make (once all the prep is done) but more suited to intimate events.

This one has chicken and prawns in it. We will try a seafood paella next time. Stay tuned!

What a night! Thank you to everyone who attended our Italian Night. The thing that gives us the most joy is the sound of our guests enjoying each other's company while they enjoy a meal together.

THANK YOU to the many helpers. I was asked how we can put a night like this on for the price. The answer lies with our great community and their willingness to lend a hand during the evening.

Thank you also to Bemboka Lions who came along to sell raffle tickets in the meat raffle.

Hi everyone. You will find us in the Speedway canteen on Saturday 17th May.

Have you tried our chicken burgers? They have our homemade chicken patties, aioli, cheese, tomato and lettuce on a fresh bun. Delish! Get yours on Saturday.

Lime tart with Italian meringue. Beautiful fresh limes (thanks Jenny A) and our eggs went into this creation. Unbelievable, if I do say so myself 😋.
