An attendant is arguably the most important part of your photo booth booking.

1. They're not just there to set up/pack down and baby sit the equipment. They're there to show your guests how it works, to angle it down for the kiddies. They make sure to adjust the booth for different lighting conditions, to make sure you all get a print out. They make sure to change the paper if it runs out.

2. That's just the surface! Events and weddings don't always run to plan. Our attendants will be mindful of timelines so they don't set up during any key moments. They'll pivot if the spot we were meant to set up is unusable.

3. They're a team player. We'll work with other vendors! At this event, our photo booth attendant worked with the dj on when certain key music should start and finish because he didn't have a line of sight to see what was happening. We also helped the guests set up their own audio guestbook and reminded guests to use it (even though it wasn't our own audio guestbook). They have spare extensions and cables in case of emergency for ourselves and even other vendors. We also assisted wedding guests to play a surprise video from the bride's daughter (she got stuck overseas). It had us relocating our backdrop for the projector while guests were inside and helping them figure out how to line it up and get it focussed.

Another post? I think I should give myself a trophy. This event had a lot of trophies 🏆

CSU Football Club know how to throw a good event and they know it needs to include us. After all the unhinged energy from their season launch earlier this year they called us back for their fancy Preso night. We swapped the black and red team colours for a fancy black and gold theme. They suited up, dressed up and scrubbed up nice. 🍸

KeyStone 1889 is the perfect space for an event where you want to be a little bit fancy. The grandiose theatre, the architecture, the mirrors, the lights. It's stunning and one of our favourite venues to work with 🫶

Trish from Keystone was talking to me about how awesome presos are. The energy in that room was unmatched. Everyone supporting each other, cheering everyone that got a medal or a trophy, shared by common purpose. Weddings are full of love but there was a buzz in the air that you don't get at a wedding. Maybe we need to give out trophies at a wedding 🤔 🏆

Either way, thank you CSUFC for having us be a part of your Preso. Thank you for bringing the energy, getting unhinged and generally being legends. It was gnarly ✌️

Photo booths are always on trend and there's a reason 🔥 it's not just photos, it's not just another photo booth.
👉 It's an experience. It's something for guests to do. It's event entertainment. And it's memories, physical, tangible. Memories that go on your fridge, or your mirror, or maybe it gets dumped in a drawer somewhere but you find it months or years later and it makes you smile.

It's why we do what we do and why we focus so much of our energy on the client and guest experience

Been a hot minute since I actually put a decent post up but this wedding was begging for it. It had everything!
- The horse mask got a work out,
- "okay, can we have a nice one now",
- There was a Haka 😍,
- The groomsmen entered to Hypa Hypa by Electric Call Boy?? The couple had no idea what it was but I did 🔥
- "why do the guys always end up making out"
- An awesome vendor team
- A previous client and a future client and a teacher from our kids' school (What a small world)
