🌺 β€œLest We Forget”

Today feels quietly special β€” my first Flanders poppy has bloomed.
A flower so delicate, yet it holds such deep meaning. These scarlet petals have long symbolised remembrance, honouring the courage and sacrifice of the ANZACs and all who have served. I have been lucky enough to see them in the wild at Anzac cove.

To see one growing here, from seed to bloom, feels like a living reminder β€” that out of loss can come beauty, and that the stories and bravery of those before us continue to live on.

This little poppy isn’t just a flower in the garden β€” it’s a connection to history, to gratitude, and to the strength that shaped generations. 🌹
