If cancellation occurs due to government restrictions, COVID-19 and future pandemics all payments will be given as a credit note and can be used for a future events.
Credit Notes will have a maximum of 12 months expiry.
Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to future bookings. Balloon Hype Co takes no responsibility to what may happen to your balloons after we deliver and set them up at
a venue. Please note that heating and cooling can play a toll on your balloons and we can not take any responsibility for these things that are out of our control.
Please do not leave balloons in the car or in a cold shed overnight, helium balloons are best kept at room temperature. No refund or replacement balloons will be provided. BOOKINGS
Balloon Hype Co requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking of the total invoice amount. The quote will be valid for 3 days if your deposit has not been paid within that 3 day period the date, stock & hire items will not be booked in. The balance of your booking will then be due 1 week out from your event date to allow for preparation. If the remaining amount has not been finalised this may result in a cancellation. Deposit/full amount is non refundable if event is cancelled or unable to go ahead. A credit note will be issued with a 12 month expiry. Both parties must agree on a pick up time. If the balloons have not been collected within 15minutes of the agreed time then a delivery fee of $10 will apply. Your balloons must be paid in full at the time of collection. We take no responsibility to what may happen to the balloons if you are late or when they leave our hands, all helium balloons are best for the day of the event, this includes personalised latex balloons, The decal may start to lift after 12 hours depending on climate. BALLOON DELIVERIES
Balloon Hype co will only attempt to deliver your balloons once, if no-one is home we will take the balloons back home & provide you with a pick up address. Please not no refund will be given if balloons are not in 100% condition due to unsuccessful delivery. Balloons must be paid for in full before delivery/set up takes place. HIRE ITEMS
The price of hire items is for one day hire only additional costs will be required if the items are hired out for more then one day. All hire items will be delivered & collected on the day of the event.
