To ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience for everyone, please take a moment to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions ahead of Saturday's event:
Terms and Conditions for Caravãna Sun at The Dam | Saturday, October 12, 2024| 4 - 10pm
We're thrilled to have you join us for a fantastic evening of music and fun with Caravana Sun x The Dam this Saturday! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. Tickets, ID and Bag Check
Please be aware an ID and bag check will be conducted on entry. We ask that you please have your ID and tickets ready.
Note, this is a family friendly, all-ages event. Wristbands will be allocated on entry.
Only juveniles accompanied by a responsible adult will be permitted entry.
Tickets are sold out. Strictly no door sales.
2. No Pass-Out’s
Please note that once you enter the venue, you won’t be able to leave and re-enter, so make sure you bring everything you need with you.
3. BYO
Strictly prohibited - this includes all food and drinks. Fresh drinking water and food will be available.
Bag checks will be conducted on entry and all contraband confiscated.
4. Food Options
We offer a variety of food options for purchase, including a GF and vegetarian/vegan option.
Kitchen opening hours from 4:30pm - 9pm.
5. Chairs and picnic rugs
Due to space limitations and ease of access, all chairs, foldable tables, picnic rugs etc are prohibited. We provide an array of seating and standing options throughout the venue, including across the lawns, amphitheatre and deck. The area immediately in front of the band/stage is reserved as standing room only.
6. Footwear and Terrain:
Our event site is situated on our lower lawn terrace, which may have some sloped and uneven areas. Due to recent high rainfall conditions the grounds are wet and expected to get muddy with increased foot traffic on the evening. We recommend wet weather appropriate shoes for the occasion.
7. Weather Preparedness:
Please note that there are limited sheltered areas at the venue. Be prepared for all weather conditions, whether it's rain or shine. We recommend bringing suitable clothing and accessories for your comfort upon entry, as you will not be permitted to return to your car once you have been checked in to the venue.
In the event of a weather forecast for rain, we strongly advise you to bring suitable shoes, a poncho, or raincoat. Staying dry will ensure your enjoyment, even in wet conditions.
8. Parking and Carpooling:
Please be aware that parking spaces at the event venue are limited. We strongly encourage attendees to carpool or use alternative transportation options whenever possible.
If you have any questions or need assistance with transportation options, feel free to reach out to event staff for guidance and recommendations.
9. Buses
Albany | Departure times: 3:00pm Albany Visitors Centre - 9:15pm The Dam.
Denmark | Departure times: 4:00pm Denmark Visitors Centre - 9:15pm The Dam.
Denmark | Departure times: 4:30pm Denmark Visitors Centre - 9:15pm The Dam.
There are a few tickets left for the 4:30pm bus from the Denmark Visitor Centre - bus tickets can be purchased online through Humanitix.

Important Notes:
We encourage a friendly and respectful atmosphere during the event. Please be considerate of your fellow concert-goers and our beautiful outdoor surroundings.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. In such cases, refunds will be issued accordingly.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
By attending the Caravana Sun Outdoor Concert on October 12th, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional instructions provided by event staff.
