Over the weekend we were lucky enough to celebrate a birthday with one of our own. 🎊🎉

Archie, our 2nd-year butcher apprentice at Master Butchers Whitsunday turned 16 and decided the best way to spend his day was cooking up seven different smoked meats on the pits. 🤯🔥

Catering for just under 100 people for his and his brothers joint 16th/18th birthday party, Archie ran the entire cook with little to no help - running 4 different kinds of smokers, 2 camp ovens and a spit.🔥

He absolutely smashed it. Alex jumped in to help slice and serve at the end, but the whole cook was all him - the passion Archie has is unreal and the food was phenomenal 🤌

If your swinging by Master Butchers Stewart Drive store today, make sure you pop in to wish young Archie a Happy 16th Birthday (his actual birthday is today). 🎈

We’ve been practicing and perfecting what has been dubbed ‘the BEST ham we’ve ever tasted’ and it would be rude for us to not share these delicious hams ❤️
