Emari & Dimitri got married in an intimate ceremony before their gorgeous little boys and proud family on the winter solstice.

Getting married on such a day signifies that whatever comes their way, the light in the darkness will always bring them back home. I.e. there is nothing they can't get through together.

HAPPY MONDAY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!!

It's August and I am so grateful to be back doing the work I love!!

Today I am joined by my special guest Chelsea from Adelaide Wedding planner, coordinator & stylist.

I hired Chelsea for my anniversary party and she is just an organisational maestro! It got us to talking about your wedding day team...the biggest piece of advice I can give you is to ensure that EVERYONE at your wedding (including your vendors) are people you vibe with and match the energy in the room you want to create.

Sticking to this rule will ensure your day is everything you want and more.

But also in life, we are all part of something greater than ourselves. We are all members of a team and don't have to do things alone. We can ask for help. It's ok. You don't have to carry the world on your shoulders.

JULY RECAP

I had the BEST month off and now I am bursting to get back to my beloved TINA THE CELEBRANT business and doing what I love most in the world - marrying people.

July still started with a BANG with the announcement of me being appointed to represent SA alongside the legend that is Alix ☀️ Adelaide Celebrant for the best Celebrant Society in the country The Celebrant Society. Seriously celebrant mates do yourself a favour and be a part of something great!

We then headed to KI and Bali - beautiful family bonding and epic adventures tied in with ultimate relaxation.

Then I got straight off the plane dashed to Blerta Kolaj to get glammed up for a special milestone birthday for the beautiful human that is Margherita Di Geronimo . What a night!

Then it was time to Maria Konda the F out of my house. It felt sooo good.

I also snuck in a brunch with my pregnant work bestie Adelaide Wedding Chapel and may have hosted a cheeky wedding for a gorgeous couple.

Celebrated Christmas in July hosted by the beautiful Peggy from theunitedcelebrantnetwork.

Attended a brilliant workshop by the fabulous Laura from Wedding Business Coaching.

Attended a dinner party to celebrate a beautiful friend.

My freaking awesome ADELAIDE CELBRANTS - THE CELEBESTIES 🤍💫💍 announced our next event - A HEN'S DAY WITHOUT THE WEDDING.

MY CUP IS OVERFLOWING and I am sooo excited about all the wonderful things I have planned. It's time to keep chasing my dreams, make the biggest and make it more of my reality.

Last time I was on KI was a family holiday with my brother, parents and my Nonni. I have been reminiscing about that holiday and so grateful so my parents for making sure we travelled as much as possible as kids.

Now my husband and I try to create as many memories as we can with our kids. We've had lots of laughs and great times.

Life is to be lived. Book the holiday, do all the things.
Kids grow up fast, parents and grandparents age. We age.

Out of Office
(and yes I am having withdrawals from my business because I love it so much!!!)

BUT...
July is all about recharging.

For the first part of the month, you'll find me rugged up by the fire on beautiful Kangaroo Island with a mulled wine in hand.

Then it's off to Bali to swap winter woollies for sunshine, cocktails by the pool and puppy yoga!!!

I'll have limited access to emails and social media throughout July, so if you don't hear back straight away, don't worry, I promise I'll be in touch as soon as I can.

If you're a current couple with something urgent, please pop URGENT in the subject line, and I'll do my best to respond when my husband isn't looking.

Thank you for your patience while I take some time to rest, recharge and fill my cup. I can't wait to come back refreshed and ready to celebrate you all.

The power of your gut - your intuition. It took me DECADES to actually work out what this actually was...

I knew in my heart I would always be doing something different with my life. I just had no idea what it was. I fought it for years. 

And your gut, if you don't listen, the universe MAKES YOU LISTEN. You get sick, you don't want to get out of bed.

Lucky for me I found a passion in my professional life through mentoring and guiding others. I actually thought I was happy. 

But that feeling in my gut was still there...

Your gut instinct isn’t just a random vibe, it’s your brain processing micro-signals, experience and energy at a speed your thinking mind can't match.

Logic is great, but your intuition is what builds a life you love. If it doesn't feel right, it isn't.

Listen to your gut, listen to your heart it knows the way.

And on that note... and affter working my little heart out on my business that I LOVE WHOLE HEARTEDLY, I plan on taking most of July off!!

I will be celebrating family time, it's been a big wonderful financial year and I can't wait to reset so I can be the best version of Tina the Celebrant I can possibly be for all your weddings.
