What a way to spend a Tuesday. Yesterday I got to sit in a room full of incredible women at the TQCSI Women in Industry luncheon at the Crowne Plaza, Mawson Lakes, supporting my good friend Aleisha Michael from Pink Lotus Australia as she spoke about her wonderful charity.
I even found myself unexpectedly grabbing the mic for the sixty second round. That is the thing about being in a room like that. The energy gets you and suddenly you are speaking up too.
Christine from TQCSI runs these events several times a year. The day was made even more special with a glass of bubbles on arrival, compliments of Howard Winery, and chocolate desserts, compliments of the Crowne Plaza. Big shout out to for bringing this whole event to life. This is my second one and I plan to attend as many as I can. So much talent, so much warmth, so many stories. To all my fellow women in industry, I hope to see you at the next one.
