Organising free photo walks & photography-related Events in Vienna Our Photo Walks are free of charge, and organised on a regular basis.

Vienna Photo Walk (VPW) is a 500+ member, non-profit, volunteer-lead organisation that aims to bring together enthusiastic English-speaking photographers – locals and expats alike – in Vienna, Austria. We also host a monthly Photo Challenge, monthly Photo Contest, run a blog, a page and Group, and an Instagram account where we feature work by photographers from around Vienna. VPW is our p

assion project and everything we do, we do in our free time and for fun. And for the love of photography. We are a small team and are always looking for talented, friendly people to help us with the organisation of events, marketing, social media, fundraising, and more. I hope everyone is healthy, safe, and dealing well with social distancing. Just because we are at home, it doesn’t mean we have to abandon our cameras. Here are come ideas to inspire you; and please let me know in a comment, if anyone feels like a weekly photography challenge! 😀

Exciting news for all photography lovers: Vienna's first "FOTO WIEN 2019: Month of Photography" starts tomorrow, March 20th, and ends April 20th 2019! The inordinately large program is well worth sifting through - lots of different genres, styles and locations represented! Also: most shows have free admission and are open daily 📸 P.S. Be sure to select "To the entire programme 2019" to see everything they have to offer!
