It all started with small gatherings, sharing our passion for food with friends and family. As word spread, we found ourselves catering to larger groups and diverse events. Our journey began with a single 10x10 tent, a modest setup that mirrored our humble beginnings. As our menu expanded,

so did our space needs, leading us to upgrade to a 10x20 tent. The recent Breast Cancer Awareness event, a significant milestone, solidified our decision to invest in a state-of-the-art mobile unit. Our culinary offerings have evolved from simple fare to gourmet delights. From homemade cheesecakes to stuffed chicken breast, we're committed to providing a diverse and delicious menu. We had a rough day today. Very busy and short staffed. Thank you all to those that was very patient with us. We were training a new guy today. Dropped him in the shark's pit and he did very well.

We have an event staffing opportunity in Maryville on Saturday, May 9th, at a Mud run event from 6 am to 3 pm. With an expected attendance of 600 people, we need to hire at least two staff members.

The hourly rate ranges from $15 to $25, and lunch will be provided.

The available positions and their respective hourly rates are: Cook, $25; Prep/assembly, $20; Runner/drinks, $15; and Servers, $3.00 per hour plus tips.
