🍝 Today, thanks to our friend Paula, we'd like to remind you of one of our best pasta varieties, Molisana, in the "Paccheri" version.

🍽 Paula is a loyal customer, and naturally, in addition to our extra virgin olive oils, wines, and other products that Caribbeataly has exclusively allowed you to try here in Bonaire for a few years now, today Paula allows us to remind you of one of our best products.

🛒It's one of our pastas, among the most famous in Italy and available in every supermarket across the country.

🌾 Molisana is, in fact, a pasta made only with 100% Italian grains. And in the paccheri format, it's ideal for a carbonara, but also with a meat sauce, Bolognese, and, of course, with a fish sauce.

Today, thanks to our friend Emely, we'd like to share another piece of our adventure.

🚢 It's also thanks to friends and passionated customers like her that Caribbeataly is driven to constantly seek out new products to bring to Bonaire for the first time, as has happened in recent months, directly from the Italian market. Trying to increase the food quality on the island and in the restaurants thanks to our Horeca customers.

👯‍♂️ Unfortunately, there's no shortage of imitations and attempts to copy our quality, disguising as Italian products that aren't, or are simply produced for the abroad.

🍅 We bring to your table the quality of our land and sea, exactly the same as that found on the tables of Italian families. Sometimes these are real gambles, because tapping into a different gastronomic culture is never easy. Yet the exclusivity of our products, their quality, and our direct suppliers in Italy, without intermediaries, are our winning strategy.

🫒 Emely loves our vegetables because for the first time she can discover and taste true delicacies you won't find anywhere else, like artichokes in oil, escarole, neapolitan friarielli, our Gragnano pasta, and much more.

🍅 In particular, we are expanding the offer of Italian tomatoes, pasta, preserved vegetables and of course one of the most famous Made in Italy in the world, our extra virgin olive oil.

THE FRIARIELLO, ONE OF THE MOST INIMITABLE TASTY ITALIAN VEGETABLE

🫒 In addition to never missing out on our best Italian DOP extra virgin olive oil in the half-liter format, produced for Caribbeataly by a company located in one of the most famous areas in the production of Italian extra virgin olive oil, namely the "Colline Pontine" from which it takes its name, our friend and customer Alied could not even give up one of our best delicacies.

🥦 It is the Neapolitan Friariello, an exceptional vegetable, with a unique and inimitable flavor, belonging to the broccoli family, but characterized by a completely different, slightly bitterish taste, which is given to it by the volcanic soil of the Naples area where it grows natively and where it is exclusively possible to find it.

🍲And in fact, precisely for this reason for the Neapolitans it is an institution of their cuisine and of the cuisine of all of southern Italy, and in their most famous recipe they put it next to pork sausages after having sautéed it in a pan.

👨‍🍳 Of course it is also perfect on a hot bruschetta with a little chili pepper and of course in every self-respecting Neapolitan pizzeria there is always pizza with sausage, broccoli and mozzarella.
