Introducing Ben and Claire! I have had the pleasure of dancing with these two cuties for the past couple of months, we met at the . Besides being fun and talented, these two are also very smart! I joked with Ben that he should probably limit himself to just one or two drinks before the dance and this was his reply! I honestly have never had a groom flat out agree with me on that front, let alone promise not to drink at all!😮 .
What are your thoughts on drinking before the big dance? Did you indulge, or did you limit yourself? What were the results? Inquiring minds would like to know!

I have been getting THE BEST texts from my students lately, but videos are by far my favorite. I love seeing my students’ progress and being witness to how much joy dancing brings them in real life. We have tons of fun on our lessons, but I feel a greater sense of pride when they willingly dance, and on vacation no less! A huge round of applause to Andrea and Ab! Thank you for being my 🥰

My Hubby said the music was good and he wanted to boogie! Thanks to our teacher Ashley Michelle for making this possible!

This is Derick. Former Marine, lover of animals, fellow volunteer at Equest and now dancer! I dragged him to Cowboys Red River one night and he couldn’t help but to catch the bug! He didn’t want to dance at first, but after a quick tutorial (with everyone zooming past us) he was ready to go! Next thing I know, he’s grabbing a friend on weekends and dancing up a storm with all the ladies at the dance hall. .
I asked Derick what motivated him to start taking lessons. His response:
Sometimes life turns your world upside down and you stop caring if you look foolish on the dance floor and you just decide TO HELL WITH IT, I’m gonna learn and live and have fun! 🥰

This man next to me is Andrew! I've had the pleasure of dancing with and teaching him for the past month and I just have to share how excited I am for Andrew! Like most men I meet who dance, Andrew started dancing for a woman. . But now the dance is all for him! And let me tell you what, he's good! I can't wait to see where dancing takes him and I'm honored to be a part of his team. .
BTW, I am not his only teacher. Andrew is also taking lessons at an (where I got my start) and decided he wanted to supplement his lessons with extra practice and technique. This man is a , I swear! But my point is... The more you expose yourself to dance, the eaiser it will be to create muscle memory. So put yourself out there and see what happens! Worst case scenario, you meet someone new and have fun!😃

I remember the first time I met Gary. We met for coffee because he wanted to gift his beautiful wife Anh with dance lessons, but he was convinced he had too many left feet and was unteachable.
Look at them now! I am so proud of how far they have come as individuals and as a couple. Anh can now do her favorite thing with her favorite guy, and Gary has a new hobby he can share with his love! They are both enjoying more quality time with each other, increased confidence, better balance and memory, and dont forget the fun times! Just a few of the many benefits of dance. Show Anh and Gary some love! ❤😀
