This is how your Sunday can look in Abu Dhabi 💛

teamLab Phenomena is such a beautiful experience and honestly, it works for everyone. Go solo, go on a date, bring your friends, or make it a whole family outing, there's no wrong way to do it.

A little honest note from me: I personally wouldn't recommend it for babies, even under 18 months, I found it really overstimulating for the little ones. But we're all different and you know your family best, so do what feels right for you.

My two-year-old absolutely loved it. All the kids loved it, we loved it, and honestly I already want to go back solo just to take it all in properly.

Abu Dhabi has so many incredible cultural experiences right now and teamLab Phenomena is definitely one of them. If you're around this summer and wondering what to do, you have options. And if you're ever bored, just DM us, we'll tell you where to go next 💛

Summer overseas with the kids 24/7... solo parenting even when you technically have family support around you, because let's be honest, they just want YOU. 😅 Trying to work, run a business, do life admin... all while being fully "on" as mum. If you're in the same boat right now, you are so not alone.

Another insightful afternoon with Nadia Szczesiak - Mindset & Parenting Coach yesterday at Museum Mums at Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi

This week we explored boundaries, and I left with so many little reminders that I know will make a difference at home. We spoke about replacing "if/then" with "first/then", creating routines that feel supportive rather than controlling, and giving ourselves permission to be flexible. Sometimes it's okay to stay a little longer at the pool if nothing else is planned. Sometimes it's okay to say, "You know what? You made me change my mind."

The biggest takeaway for me was this idea of putting on my "superhero cape" when one of my children is having a really hard moment. Taking a deep breath, staying calm, and reminding myself that I don't have to match their emotions—I can help them through them instead.
